  • To begin, you can send an email to connect@cedarseoul.com. Please add a brief description about why you are seeking services at this time and availability to arrange a complimentary 15-minute phone consultation.

  • The frequency of counseling sessions will be collaboratively agreed upon after the initial assessment, but typically, sessions are held once every two weeks, for about 3-6 months.

    Clients often report significant improvement in mood even after just 6-8 sessions.

  • In the first initial assessment, we will ask many questions to gather information about your current bio-psycho-social functioning. At the end, we will share my observations along with recommendations and we will collaboratively establish goals for counseling.

    In follow up sessions, we will continue to explore contributing factors to your concerns and strategically come up with interventions that will help you change unwanted habits, unlock your potential, and invigorate your life.

  • We will help you to understand patterns of how you think (Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy; CBT), to acknowledge your emotions and release them effectively (Emotion-Focused Therapy; EFT), and to reach your desired goals in life (Leadership Coaching).

    At times, a psychodynamic approach may be used to help you understand how past experiences influence current behavior.
