A Los Angeles-based motivational speaker, psychologist, and leadership coach dedicated to empowering you to design a good life.
I was born in South Korea and had the unique experience of growing up in both Tennessee and Wisconsin during my younger school years. Later, I moved back to South Korea, where I spent my formative teen and young adult years. This rich blend of cultural experiences has deeply shaped who I am and how I approach my work. After returning to the U.S., I completed my PhD in counseling psychology at the University of Houston.
Now, I’m based in sunny Los Angeles, but thanks to technology, I have the pleasure of working with clients from all over the world. Being bilingual in English and Korean allows me to connect with a diverse range of people, bridging cultural gaps and fostering understanding.
I’m passionate about the future and what it holds. I love inspiring others with my vision and helping them see the incredible possibilities ahead. As a maximizer, I focus on strengths to stimulate personal and group excellence, always striving to transform something strong into something truly superb.
